These disturbing photos shows the cruel life inside factory farms

Tuesday, 31 July, 2012

The following disturbing photos have been provided by the animal rights organization Farm Sanctuary. The organization, which is based in New York, was founded in 1986 and documents the abuses of factory farms, slaughterhouses, and stockyards. They rescue animals from these conditions, work with rehabilitating and caring for animals at shelters in both New York and California, as well as running advocacy and education campaigns on these issues.

These photos were originally posted here.

Ghandi said that “the integrity and moral progress of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” How tragic that our great nation full of the most advanced minds in the world cannot take a moment to end this abuse. It is unacceptable….God must be so disappointed in us. I certainly am. Judi Osterhout, LaGrange, GA

It might because the brightest minds in the USA goes to work for high finance; as the very bright professor Willam Black said, “every day they go to work, they make the world a little worse” (or something to that effect)…. But there are a rising knowledge about what hellish condition we give animals. The farms, the consumers – if most of us don’t buy, they will stop producing!
